I love mothers day at church, especially when they give me my all time FAVORITE chocolate bar. Adam loves capturing my excitement.
And this was me before church... I told Adam to just take a picture of my food, but he wanted to capture me at my best... in my awesome pjs and glasses. hahaa.. please ignore the clashing, and know that you probably clash in your pjs too!
And that is my "mothers day meal" from the friday or sat before... I think Adam just wanted to go out to eat, but who am I to say no to my addiction to stake and mash potatoes?!?As my amazing husband puts it, Mothers Day is a day dedicated to women and all the hard work that they do. I love how sweet he is, and how he pretends that he didnt get me anything, and then as soon as i believe him, he goes behind my back to surprise me. I love how he respects me and truely appreciates all that I do, and how he is more than willing to give me a nice break. I also love that he doesnt like eating plain chocolate! I can't wait to see what he will do when we actually do have little kids of our own! Also, I wanted to thank Norm, my sweet father in law, for teaching his son how to treat his special lady in his life. He truely does show by example!

I LOVE Mother's Day and Father's Day. It's one of the first holidays that you experience as a couple and your own little family. I love that excitement of wondering what it'll be like when you have a little baby and then when you've got one, it's really sweet too. Good job, Adam! And Becca for being a great wife.
